This will sound like pushing my stuff, but I think it is fair to say: 1) I would have thought that HE people who were looking to see what advantages Linked Data might bring might possibly be interested in seeing RKBExplorer.com 2) You seem to make little mention of the problem of generating links between institutions, an activity on which JISC might be able to take an initiative.
